I am a seasoned Corporate Communications and Operations Specialist who has worked in the nongovernmental organization (NGO) and the private sector. The additional experience and skill gained throughout my work in these sectors include Corporate Governance, Stakeholder Management, Financial Management, Business Administration, Contracts Management, Fraud prevention, Audit preparation and coordination, Compliance Management and Corporate Communication.

The skills and experienced obtained are relevant and pertinent in managing the ever-changing business environment that CareCoop operates in. I possess the strategic, operational and compliance business acumen required to influence and drive the decision making for a sustained growth of the organisation. Having been part of several corporate governance and leadership committees has given me the experience with influencing the strategic direction of organisations and managing change programmes effectively.

Throughout my membership with the Cooperative, I have observed significant advancements in the use of technology to enhance product offerings and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Achieving the Cooperative’s strategic goals requires dedicated board members who can drive positive engagement, fostering member growth in alignment with the Strategic Plan.

I bring extensive leadership experience in innovative customer experience strategies, effective communication, and corporate governance frameworks that promote accountability, transparency, and sustainable business development.

With these attributes, I am eager to contribute as a member of the CareCoop Board of Directors, supporting the Cooperative in building a stronger, more resilient organization for the benefit of members and key stakeholders. My vision is to help steer the Cooperative towards financial stability through sound leadership, strategic oversight, and prudent governance.
