Experience Profile and How It Relates to This Role

A professional career that spans close to 20 years in senior strategic management and leadership having worked for international non-governmental organizations (ngos) and the private corporate sector within the southern and eastern africa region.

Having held senior leadership positions with close proximity and interactions with local and global governance boards, i have been able to get firsthand experience on engaging at board level and being clear of board expectations that is focused on providing leadership direction.

What You Intend to Bring to the Board

Having been a member of care cooperative for over 15 Years, i have seen the cooperative’s evolvement and growth. In the new era, where digitisation is taking centre stage, there’s definite scope for growth and innovation; as well as new product exploration to enhance the funding portfolio. Membership long term tenure is a testament of the loyalty that the cooperative have enjoyed; what is required is equity promotion and inclusive service/product offering.
